Commission 1: Policy and Advocacy:

  • What are the most important policy challenges, trends and opportunities that will influence how the Fundisa for Change programme needs to adapt to best serve you/your organisations and the national system in terms of ESD and Climate Action.
    • What are these policy and advocacy challenges and opportunities asking the Fundisa for Change programme to be in the future that is different from today?
  • Good organizations know how to preserve the core of what they do and are able to let go of things that are no longer needed to adapt to the future.- What do you think are the unique strengths, values and skills of the Fundisa for Change programme?
    • Which strengths, skills, and partnerships would you want to see preserved and leveraged more?
    • What do we need to let go of or stop doing?
  • Connecting with the future possibility…What is your vision of the Fundisa for Change programme for the future in 2025 and 2030? What new and innovative ways of thinking or ways of working do you feel the programme should implement?
    • How do you wish to engage with the programme differently that can contribute to its success?
    • What would the programme have done differently starting today?

Commission 2: Strengthening the National System of Engagement for ESD, Climate Action, and Environmental Learning in South Africa in Teacher Education.

Commission 3: Capacity Development for ESD, Climate Action in the Fundisa for Change Programme and uptake into the National System of teacher education.

1. What are the most important challenges, trends and opportunities in terms of capacity development that will influence how the programme can be scaled.
– What are these challenges and opportunities asking the Fundisa for Change programme to be in the future that is different from today?
– How can the programme adapt to best serve you/your organisations.

2. Connecting with the future possibility……. What is your vision of the Fundisa for Change programme for the future in 2025 and 2030 in terms of capacity development?
– What new and innovative ways of thinking or ways of working do you feel the programme would have implemented?
– How would we engage with capacity development in the programme differently to ensure scalability and success whilst maintain quality.
– What would the programme have done differently starting today?
